Bo brings over 20 years of experience in maritime operations, commercial strategy and business development. Currently he is working with Maritime Energy to develop a US Jones Act trading strategy. Prior to this, he was Executive Vice President at Seapath Maritime Holdings, where he drove investments in U.S. shipyards, Jones Act Leasing, and sustainable maritime projects. Bo’s diverse background includes senior roles in LITASCO, where he led global claims and demurrage operations. His extensive expertise makes him a key player in the maritime and technology sectors.

Michael Beggs brings over 25 years of experience in global operations, logistics, energy, and transportation management across commercial and government sectors. As Director of Operations, he leads operational strategy and execution, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and reliability in mission-critical environments. His background includes senior leadership roles overseeing complex supply chains, fleet and transportation networks, fuel and energy operations, and large multidisciplinary teams in both domestic and international settings. Michael’s depth of operational expertise and hands-on leadership make him a key contributor to organizations operating at the intersection of energy, logistics, and infrastructure.
